All orders are shipped from our Miami, FL warehouse. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock merchandise typically ships within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

• Delivery Times – Transit times may vary depending on carrier service, destination, and circumstances beyond our control (including weather delays, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions). We are not responsible for shipping delays once orders are in the possession of the carrier.

• Shipping Rates – Rates are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Expedited shipping is available upon request and subject to additional charges.

• International Orders – Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country.

• Lost or Damaged Shipments – We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Customers should file claims directly with the shipping carrier in such cases.
